这种情况好像还是挺多的吧。
目测一般除非是什么重大逃犯或者恐怖袭击之类的，国内条子都不敢开枪。
不知道是不是有什么内部文件不允许开。

Gunnari, the witness, said six the eight officers swarmed the man, dragged
him to the ground and held him.
As officers arrested the man and handcuffed him, he stopped breathing,
police said.
Paramedics were called, but the suspect died at the scene. |
