租在downtown 附近住安全吗？如果选择40207区，每天#71 或 #64高速的rush hour
traffic怎样呢？这个区的生活设施怎样？
还有大家（中国人）都住什么区？

south than the west. Most Chinese live outside of east 264, many outside of
265. Rush hour traffic is a little heavy but not as bad as in big cities. |

definition of East, South and so.

的房子被隔成如干个apartment分给人住，大都很旧很脏，差不多是我见过的最nasty的
宿舍了。东部一般指64和71之间264之外那一带，264之内一般算中间，east or south
一般指264以外。

Since my friend does not know how to drive. And her firm is in downtown (5th
street and Main Street)
Is there any recommendation within walking distance or close to convenient
public transportation.

Now I am focus on the area around Mall St Matthews or The Summit
Louisville.

候上城市轻轨的提案居然都会被否决。

是downtown正中间，有高楼的地方租apartment，安全吗？在IN住怎么样？过了桥就是

yourself before you sign any lease. There are plenty of nice community in
east side and only about 20 mins drive to downtown. |

住在downtown还是比较方便的。 |
