来学校之后，（中国来的）教授恶意反悔取消我的offer；打算找律师控告他，不知道
如何解决。什么律师对此类比较在行？

you came to the school (or the professor's lab) as a postdoctor or
technician. If so, you are an employee of the school. Unless otherwise
specifically agreed, you are an employee at will. The school (through the
professor who is the employee/agent of the school) can fire you for good
reason, for bad reason or for no reason.
It is a waste of time to pursue judicial proceeding. You should try to find
another job as soon a |
