天接到HOA的通知，说是HOA Bylaw里规定，任何不做日常交通工具的船只，车辆都不允
许停在property里，限时７２小时移走。
我的问题是，这是我的房子，garage应该也属于私人领地，HOA有权利干涉什么可以放
，什么不可以放么？

use of garage. If so, then your tenant must comply. When you purchased the
property, you were given the bylaw and you signed the contract that you or
your tenants would abide by the bylaw. You may appeal to the board or you

I read the Bylaw in detail and it reads:
“In order to insure adequate aesthetic controls and to maintain the general
attractive appearance of the project，
。。。
No owner, resident, lessee, invitee or other person, with or without the
purported consent or cooperation of any owner, resident or lessee, SHALL
PARK, STORE OR MAINTAIN IN OR ON THE PROJECT ANY BOATS, TRAILERS, CAMPERS
OR OTHER VEHICLES NOT CUSTOMARILY USED AS A MEANS FOR GENERAL
TRANSPORTATION."
I think putting a boat in an always closed garage doesn't affect any of the
two.
Any thoughts?

on your house. You're wasting your time in a futile fight.
Get a single family home if you want to park a boat | d********e

includes your garage, you cannot park the boat there.
why do you care? it's not your boat. Just tell the tenant to move the boat
somewhere else.

I do have the right to decide what color I paint on my parking garage wall,
or don't I?
BTW, maybe I was not clear. This is a townhouse like condo. The garage is
exclusively accessed by the tenant living in the unit and there is no locked
door blocking someone entering the living room from the garage. I really
think it is a private area rather than a common space.
