银行有lien,你不交税，政府拿房产抵，银行有损失。
自己交税的好处是可以有那么2%的discount,如果准时交。 |

escrow company could hold you money and not paying your tax, and it's your
job to clear the mess up by paying the tax your self. so you could pay
double the amount. |
