written notice either agree to repair or not agrree, after that the contract
is concelled.
\but be patient, we were asked to Put $10,000 at that time by my agent(later
on i fired him), after 10 days the seeller refused to repair, but my check
already been cashed, it took them 2 weeks to reture my check to my agent and
another 2 weeks to me, finally. | h*******e
发帖数: 3 | 5 Thanks for response. My contract set 5 days for buyer and seller to reach
agreement and the buyer has the right to terminate to contract within next
two days if no agreement reached. I canceled the contract on sixth date, and
has asked them once a week to return my earnest money. However, it has been
three weeks and the seller agent always said that she did not get back
from the seller.I can not wait there forever. It seems like I might have to
seek help from any lawyer.
