EVERYTHING ACCOUNT)，可以有.25%的折扣(closing cost还可以在免掉500刀）。
可是我们这LOCAL BRANCH没有MORTEGAGE DEPARTMENT，所以作罢。
BANK OF AMERICA 我们这倒是有LOCAL 的MORTEGAGE DEPARTMENT， 不知他们是否有类
似的DISCOUNT?
如果有的话，我就去开个帐号了。

For example, .25% off 5% is 4.75%. This is what my personal banker at
citibank told me. If they have local mortegate department, I will go with
citibank.

BoA associate only have benefits like .125%.

Since my citi doesn't have local branch, if BOA can offer me .125% off,
I will go with BOA since they have local branch and I can commuicate with
the loan agent face to face...

that's why i don't think .25% off is the true discount based on fairly real
rate.

for preproval letter and the 50 dollars can be deducted if you apply loan
with them. |
