不知道美国人对Ranch的感兴趣程度,是不是跟其他的house差不多? 还是ranch只是针对特定人
群?
这些是Owner给的一些讯息,大家帮忙看看,哪些需要太旧,但可以勉强用上几年,哪些需要更新,哪些
算很新.第一次买房,所以对很多东西都不清楚,谢谢大家.

1. A new furnace (with humidifier) was installed in Feb, 2003. The
manual and paperwork are on the kitchen counter. No idea on the age of
the A/C; the previous owners had that installed sometime prior to 20 | g*****9

But it cost more to build a same size ranch compare to a 2 story house.
Furnace was installed in 2003, This should last 10 to 15 years or even longer if the heat exchange does not crack (cheap one will not last as long as good one like Trane)
Sump was just installed last month ( you have nothing to worry about this one)
Electric stove in brand new (should last 15 to 20 years, people replace this because it become too ugly not bro

有的地方2-story比ranch好卖多了。比如东北。 | T*****r
