。其实好多银行不是很介意身份这个东西的，如果非要证据，清楚地告诉他们这就是证
据，这就是h1-b visa。

For the H1B case, just try to ask around and find out a Chinese lender from
your agent. They're more experienced dealing with situations like this and
there shouldn't be any problem. But, again, I heard that you might not get
the best rate with a H1B nowadays.

Visa" per se.
I sent them the DMV link where it shows that I-797 is one of the acceptable
documents to establish legal presence. They are fine with it after that.
