但是问了多个loan agent都说做不下来.
当然是说no point no fee那种.
可能跟我的loan amount低(300k)有关系.

发帖数: 91 | 9 i think it can be a bit lower right? i talked to several lenders/brokers
and they were able to quote me 4.25% but with 1 point last week. but it
seems like interest rate has gone up this week and i was quoted 4.5%
yesterday, but the high rate can also be due to that it's 2 units, so it
tends to be higher than single family house.
i'm doing the same loan as you but i can't find 4.25% for no point no fee. |
