however, only 5% of 房子 are listed by owners, 95% of 房子 are listed by
agents.
for these 95%, you won't be able to find owner's contact information. Even
you find out who the owners are, they probably already signed a contract
with their agents, so you still pay agent fee. |

的房子不是这样的。
