extra point since the HOA/community has relative higher default rate.
I guess if the whole community have a lot of foreclosure/short sales, the
value of the condo will keep going down, at least the bank thinks that way. |

in the same community not paying HOA for more than 6 month, not the seller
who selling the property to me. |

发帖数: 32 | 7 you have the point. Yes, the lender would think the value of that community
would drop. Therefore, they are not willing to loan you money. But the fact
is that such cases are always existing, even couple years ago, I guess.
