Consumers must provide proof of recycling to receive rebates, and must
purchase the appliances from a California retailer.
什么叫proof of recycling？
听起来不错啊。要是我从ebay上买个HD/Lowes 10% off coupon, 再买点HD gift card,
加上这个rebate, 里外里不是可以便宜不少？ | c****o
