thousand difference at the most).
Some permit fee will be based on the project cost, so it might cost you more
in permit fee.
I highly suggest you go with a vinyl or trex fence, no need to maintain them.

合成材料比pressure treated贵太多了。一个塑料的post就二十多，够买3-4个pt 4x4
了。最主要是和邻居不协调。我一边邻居已经是pt fence了。
pt fence什么不管也一样能用10年-20年。

多高的，交application fee。我们是找HD做的vinyl的那种，还不错。
