I have been to many 老美's kitchen that have like 48 to 60 inch range or
cooktop installed, and every single one will has a very powerful vent on top
of it to match.
There a lot of 老美 that does not like to cook, I have also known some that
have not used their stove for years.

it is external 抽油烟机, as it has a tube towards the outside.
