今天在家，正好看到人家推个小车来施肥，我就问这草地为何长势那么差（野草还很多
），人家说草地枯黄还是因为缺水，正午的时候又干又热，就黄了，还建议我们以后改
在正午浇水。按他的说法，早晚浇水是老观念了。是不是怎么回事啊？ |

Water 1 inch per day for 10 days and let me know how your grass looks like.
If you do not have a guage, you can just set a can in the lawn to check.
Reason for this have been explained a few times by me already, if you care
to know why, do a search, if not, just do it.

每次2-3分钟。
水不值钱，扣掉service fee等，净水费才50刀左右。
7pm那次对草坪来说不是必要的，是为了降温增湿，日落时分，好出来活动。
每天交多少次，每次多长时间，是和土壤地势气候有关的。
比如，slope上不吸水的土壤，你浇2分钟，还20分钟是一样的效果，多余的都流走了。 |

After a couple times, you will know how long does it take to water 1 inch.
I have wrriten a few posts before regarding how to water the lawn in detail,
you can do a search.

1. 最好的时间是大清早（比如4、5AM）这样除了有充分时间吸收外，多余的水在早晨
就被太阳蒸发了。不会造成浇水过渡的问题。
2. 最好的方式是，每周浇两次，每次浇充分（每个zone30分钟）。（算下来是每周浇1
.5inch）
这是德州，比较热。凉快的地方应该浇的再少些。
另外小虫多的话，应该上些PetsControl的东西。Homedeports都有。

发帖数: 308 | 26 我们家每天４，５，６ａｍ各浇１０分钟，就是每天３０分钟，而且我量过，这样至少
有１inch，但我们家草照样黄，而且感觉确实是缺水的原因，因为草地上有一小块在
shade里面的，绿得很，而且长得比较快。我已经绝望了。。。
