seller都不同意修，还说如果credit back的话，可能会trigger lender从新审查
report etc。
我们现在还能有什么方法和seller negotiate？

items.

发帖数: 331 | 3 是游泳池的问题。seller没做inspection，我们自己花钱做的，发现heater不work，还
有两个开关控制从filter里出来的水的流向的也坏了。pool inspector给了报价，但是
不是确定的数字，都写着＂or above＂也许几百，也可能上千。
因为泳池的修理完全beyong我们的knowledge，所以我们才要求seller修理。 |

If problem too large, walk away.
Swimming pool could be a plus in some area or could a big minus in some
situations.
I would never touch a house with major long term problems that could cost a
lot to fix.

我问了一下Leslie pool services。他们说第一个小时的diagnosis是$90.之后再看怎么修。rate也是$90/hour.
现在的问题是gas heater doesn't operate at all.spa valve broken and leak.
我猜至少也要500以上了。pool inspector 说，修valve可能要打开周围的水泥，修完之后再补上。这样cost就更高了。。。
