一去他们都不愿意，说seller 不在这边，需要powered attorney去签字，所以希望我
们赶紧签
字，close倒是可以按原contract上写的日期close。
可是就这么两天了，seller为什么那么着急？这里面有什么trick吗？

You are right. Then why the seller can't wait for a few days? And why
the agent pushed us so hard to sign this tomorrow by either email or
phone calls?
