这是个什么情况，找谁去要多付的钱。

No one want to pay more interest. You do not, nor as banks.
On the settlement day, old bank has not received the money from settler, why
should old bank cut your interests? New bank say it's settled, I have to
collect the interests.
You are the buyer, you pay those 3 days for both banks. move on... | t**s

最后银行收到钱会把多余的退回来。
