发帖数: 31 | 1 考古网上,好像凡是和Foundation and Crawlspaces有关的问题都是大问题,能帮忙看下如下的inspection report. Seller Agenet说房东会修"2", "4"只要seal就可以。不懂，求网上大虾帮忙给说说"2"和 "4" 是大问题吗，房子在加州。
2. REPAIR: Structural damage was noted to subfloor in subarea at the floor
joist. We recommend contacting appropriate trades for further evaluation,
repair options and costs.
4. MONITOR: Three minor horizontal cracking was observed in the foundation.
Cracks of this nature are usually the result of soil or frost pressure. The
size, pattern, and locations of these cracks do not suggest a serious
problem at present. We recommend keeping water away from the foundation:
review the lot and roof drainage improvement in the Exterior and Roofing
sections of this report. If these cracks should worsen, a structural
engineer who is familiar with foundation repair or a company specializing in

发帖数: 122 | 3 我们也是刚inspection完，crawlspace有问题，有积水。我们的agent说，他卖的房子
20%的crawlspace都是主要的问题，要修需要5000-10000。在地下围一圈管子，这样水
才好排出去，还要做insulation.这是77年房，最后我们没要，因为听别的中国人说，
crawlspace是大问题，表面看是有水，不知道基底是不是已经腐蚀了。 | f****a
