noted at the upper front right corner of gutter system at seams and along
seam on the upper left side gutter located at about the center of the home.
It is likely that there are other leaking seams but could not be detected at
this time due to no active rain occurring. To absolutely determine than no
leaks exist, complete access to all roof structure areas must be available
during a wide variety of weather conditions, including prolonged heavy rain,
high wind from varying directions, heavy accumulations of snow and/or ice,
and melting snow and ice.
Water heater :teplace pressure relief value,repair leaky water cutoff value.
water heater is near the end of it's useful life but appears to heating
water sufficiently.
Air condition: does not work ,need change a new one. | p*******u

agent. You can ask your inspector for advice. | f********e
