termites are not airborn. They travel from ground up. If they are found in
the attic, then the house is pretty much all damaged. better to walk away. |

所以问题不会严重到要walk away 吧？

.. interesting, I am in NY and this type of termite cannot be found in NY...
no wonder i have never heard of it.. Its good to know. |
