Three days later, I found that another broker give me better deal. So I
applied to the second broker too.
I do not think I can get refunded if I cancel the first one.
I am not sure whether these two loans can be processed together just in case
the second one does not go through or can not be closed on time.
Can anyone help? |

发帖数: 5917 | 3 yes, you can apply as many as you want. You will lose "application fee",
and may lower your credit score a little bit.
Other than those, you lose nothing. If you think your loan is difficult to
approve, or if you find a better deal, of course you can apply multiple
loans at the same time. Just choose the best one in the end. If both
approved, you can even negotiate with the two brokers in the end.
The 2nd loan broker will know the existence of the 1st loan in the credit
report and may ask why there was a credit pull, you just need to tell them
that you are shopping for the best rate.

发帖数: 2712 | 8 后一个公司会看到之前的那个公司pull credit的记录，在underwriting阶段需要解释
并保证不带来新的debt。
因为没有遇到过非常接近的同类型inquiry，比如2周以内被不同mortgage公司pull过
credit的情况，不sure会不会导致其他的condition。 |
