的一颗小树的死根有白蚁。好像不是坑人的， inspector 还拣出一只白蚁给我看。房
子还没有事。
Inspector 强烈建议preventive treatment.
好像处理起来还很麻烦， 要在水泥地部分， 打孔，灌药，再用水泥封住。 Deck 还要
拆几块版。
不知这样的处理有无必要。 处理完了， 每年肯定买warranty. 但是warranty只在离房
3 inch的地方发现白蚁， 才retreat. |

is better for you to do some kind of treatment. Before that, you'd better
get another termite guy for second oppinion. If you are in L.A. area, I have
a good one for you. |

I have not treated it yet. I always heard different opinions.
One said the termite is always there, and most of time, they only invade the
house if the house has leaking pipes(some thing like water leaking), and
the wood in house is actually chemically treated and not the kind termite
like
Others just like what you said.
I also heard it is not an issue need to deal in months. I may treat it next
year since I am too busy all those days and the winter sounds a safety time
because the termite will hibernate during the winter.
I am not sure if subterranean termite is worse than dry wood termite. What
I understand (I may be wrong)is the dry wood termite is harder.
