现在这个loaner一直有满不错的沟通，而且所有的pre－approval信也全是她出的，我
就想省事不想到处跑了。

发帖数: 2712 | 3 没有必要找多家拿GFE，meaningless。可以找几个电话打一下，问问rate，如果LZ现在的lender给的明显高于平均水平，就只好找其他人来做了。如果与平均水平持平，那当然是选有过合作，且信的过的这个lender了。
问rate的时候不要提供SSN，需要提供一个大概的credit score供参考。 |

closes.
Buying house is a risk, so is getting a loan.
It is hard to find a trustworthy loan agent. You need to judge it through
communications and instincts. |
