1. detached garage， 房子可以大100尺。前面漂亮 但是冬天下雨比较残。 成本高，
院子小
2. attached garage， 房子可以小100尺， 而且车库上方不能超过7尺。 但是好处是
， 成本低， 不用跑，院子大。
从resell来说， 那个好点。 |

first floor is a little small but we want a complete suite. Wish I could
afford bigger lot. but here 1W sqft lot is the price of normal home.

其实我觉得洛杉矶西边好多昂贵的小房子小院子主人折腾得很不错，小小的也好弄
太大了想折腾好了可就难了
