"indemnity and affidavits as to debts, liens, and possession" 要我们签。这份
文件是要我们保证没有 unpaid debts, unpaid judgments or liens, loans against
要买的房子。保证 all labor and materials used in the construction of
improvements on that house have been paid for and there are now no unpaid
labor or materials claims against the improvements.
我的问题是，作为buyer，我怎么会知道这些东西？怎么可以保证么？这不是seller应
