both overpriced. Even we streched our budget, they did not accept our offers.
This house fits our budget better. maybe this is the one!

我个人只能说，对有娃娃的家庭，如果没有，最好了。
不过，如果真说起危险来，从楼梯上摔下来，也够呛啊，那你不就得考虑没有二层没有
地下室的了？
还有煤气、电......都是日常生活中天天动的，一样很危险，甚至比游泳池更危险啊。

House layout/location is something you can't change, but not interior design.
looking for something that perfectly matches your taste is pretty difficult,
so, just focus on the important part. The rest is just extra money and
effort.
Remember, all the furniture will be gone, you will have to redesign the
house anyways.

我也是。就算是contemporary styled的house，上世纪7/8十年代的很多房子无论从内
部装修到房子结构设计都比现在的很多新房讲究很多。甚至感觉那个时代更
contemporary一点
