1. 2 stall garage, mudroom, 1/2 bath with double sink and small bar area to
match kitchen cabinets Cost around $75,000.
2. Surround irrigation system around $10,000
3. Brick and granite patio system around $15,000
4. 2 years ago added architectural vinyl siding $40,000. (low maintenance
and high end)
5. Unico Heating system. Top of the line and the slats we saw high in the
walls is to prevent dust (not needed but added because they wanted ease and
to take extra care of the home)
6. Wall of cabinets between the kitchen and the living room that match the
kitchen. They cannot remember the price on it.
7. Pellet stove system for extra choice for heating and money saving choice.
8. California closets for the walk-in closets in master bedroom |

换vinyl siding根本不用４０k，乎悠买家涅。

agent告诉我2001年到现在房子应该涨了11%，俺就是没时间跟他们耗
