在纽约。要求我的moving company提供Certificate of Insurance，而且还要把我列为
certificate holder ,把management列为"Additional insured"
从没听过这种要求，请问正常么？我以前租房子的时候从没遇到过阿，真tmd变态

正常。
一般management公司都这样要求。
要不然搬家过程中出了事故谁来负责？
