如果五年贷款不变,也要多付990
2。要cover我的closing cost,至少我要的credit要大于1000块

down pay), try the rate without any point/rebate.
5940 is for 30 years, 360 months. the monthly charge will be very small
($15 monthly charges for the future but you have 1K more cash in hand at the
closing day).
If you have no rebate from the lender, I guess the closing cost on HUD-1 (or
GFE) will be 2% of the home's sale price.
The real cost from your own pocket will be 1K-2K less than the closing cost
shown on HUD-1 (or GFE) because the seller will cover the owner's title
insurance and the unpaid property tax.

上是可以不要的,但是一般买家为了保护自己还是会买的。
