bathroom 和 laundry room，
估计是下水管道漏了。
我该找plumber 还是 handyman 来修？

more than likely, the wax ring of toilet is bad.
The price to replace it is around 150-200.

ceiling, so he can work on it. He only does the plumbing job,
not ceiling or tiling.

You can let him come, and open the ceiling yourself, after all done, seal
the ceiling yourself or hire a handyman to do it.
This is U.S and you have to grow up.

在 Angies'List 找了几个 A rating，要不太忙（等一个月），要不不回电话。

Find a good handyman for that.. Spackling and painting is easy, but you want
to find the right paint and use the right paint roller to match the texture.
