险公司在high risk地区压根就不卖，有的可能太贵没买，保险公司不卖的话估计只能
买另外一个政府的那东西叫什么来着，我前几天搜的时候在另一个harvey hurricane帖
子里提到，那个coverage有上限，往往赔不多。
事实是很多人根本就没任何关于hurricane的保险，估计一分钱都没有，最终很多人只
能依赖联邦政府援助拨款分点。
