From what I can think, VWD mainly affects bleeding time due to abnormal
platelet adherence. However, vWF also protects VIII in blood. In VWD, due to
low level of VIII, PTT should be prolonged.
Am I correct?

pateints sometimes have normal PTT. Ristocetin test is best for VWD. So I
