结一下2013年的match，一共是25000+ available spots，大概American seniors是
23000+，到了match和soap，以及后边的所有能用上的机会都结束之后，大概1500+的
American seniors没有找到工作；2013是有史以来所有的spots被match最高的一年，很
多达到了94 - 99%，很多往年60 - 70%左右的program都上了90%，比如儿科里边的部分
方向。2014年是26000+ available spots，American seniors是25000+。从这里能看出
来spots能增加的数量不如美国医学院毕业生增加的数量。就算最差的5%的American
seniors找不到工作，我们能竞争的spots不会超过1500 - 2000个。形式很严峻。 | b*******1

发帖数: 96 | 9 这个数据不准。IMG竞争的岗位远远不止1500-2000个，印象有5000以上，可能是
8000-9000. 越来越难这个是肯定的，原因是越来越多的IMG在竞争，以前最低到过20%
几。
从目前看来，毕业年限成为我们老CMG拿IV的最大障碍，越来越多的fresh graduates加
入match，在客观上挤压了我们的生存空间。这个情况老早就存在，但是当时仍然有一
定的空间。

again this year to 2,677, the most in NRMP history. Their
PGY-1 match rate, 75.4 percent, was the highest in thirty
years.
The number of active U.S. citizen IMGs continued to grow,
and at 5,095 was 50 percent more than in 2009. The match
rate for this group was 53.1 percent, an increase of 4
percentage points over last year.
The number of active applicants who were non-U.S. citizen
students/graduates of international medical schools increased
from 6,828 in 2012 to 7,568 this year. The match rate for this
group rose markedly from 40.6 percent in 2012 to 47.6
percent in 2013, the highest since 2006.
NRMP的数据，受到prematch取消的影响，但是还是能说明一些问题的。对于non-
UScitizen来讲，位置就是4000个的样子。然后我记得没错的话，其中300-400是中国毕
业生，最大头是1000+的印度毕业生。所以近几年来持续增加的match压力主要还是来自
以下几个方面：
1.MD的持续增加
2.预测2015年即将实行的DO和MD等价政策（DO每年6000人左右...）
3.5th pathway持续增加，多数已经完成2年USCE
4.增加的freshCMG
5.持续稳定的来自南美、印度等地的IMG | | | e******e

发帖数: 449 | 12 今年惨不忍睹 绝大部分没有iv 有高人但是很少 这部分高人有些是国内的新毕业生 但
是他们会面临签证问题 所以今年cmgmatch很低
了。
