发帖数: 216 | 1 上周五晚上觉得脖子有点不舒服，就像筋扭了一样，也没太在意，周六一切照常，还去
植物园转了几个小时。回来的路上去吃晚饭，当时在店里就头疼，无力，恶心，冒冷汗
。回来后吐了一通，晚上觉得好多了，以为是下午在植物园受了凉，感冒了，没在意，
就吃了点从国内带来的感冒药，睡了一觉。
没想到接下来的两天头情况很严重。只要一站起来，脖子后面靠肩偏左的地方就很疼，
是那种钝钝的疼，马上紧跟着脑门就很疼很沉，就开始冒冷汗（只在脖子和脑门），胃
里开始恶心，但吐不出来但只要一躺下，除了无力之外，基本就像好了一样。后来周一
晚上还加了耳朵里有很响的回声的症状。还当重感冒治，吃感冒药，喝姜汤，捂汗。周
二所有的症状持续，实在受不了，请假了去Urgent Care看了。一个Physician
Assistant 看的。检查了血压，心跳，体温都很正常，看了鼻，耳，喉，听了心肺，
说没有炎症，最后她好像也说不出了所以然来，出去了一趟，回来说很可能是muscle
spasm. 在屁股上打了一阵止痛的，又吊了两瓶盐水（防脱水的，因为胃口不好，两天
没怎么吃喝）。 开了两种药， 一种叫Ｂｕｔａｌ-ＡＰＡＰ-３２５-ＣＡＦ | c********e

suppose you should have some other symptoms, right, like dizziness,
any fever?
could you describe your vomit, is it projectile vomiting? | d*******n

I don't have dizziness or fever. I only threw up once when it first started
, with the help of my finger tip presssing the end of the tongue (somehow I
felt I would be better if I vomitted. And I did feel better afterwards that
night). And later on I only felt like throwing up but nothing came out ( I
didn't eat much either during these days.)
I stopped taking the medicine from this morning and start to feel some pain
around the neck again in the afternoon. But the

发帖数: 496 | 4 briefly, nausea/vomit, headache, tinnitus, shoulder pain.
and seems muscle relaxant does work for you.
so I guess this is spur of cervical spine, pressing your carotid artery (
headache, tinnitus and nausea) and nerves (shoulder muscle spasm). Xray or
CT may show us the anatomical structure.
