标 题: 30W美金贫困线的制定是深远的

国内一哥们在百度，跟我说想来弯曲，我说为啥，他支支吾吾，结果跟我说看了水
木上面弯曲30W贫困线的讨论，想来挣两年钱还房子贷款。我跟他说这个贫困线是按照
双码农指定的，你老婆来了没办法工作（他老婆在国企传统行业），其实一年存不下几
个，他说30W贫困线怎么可能花那么多，我无语了。。。让他先在Linkdin上面找找看吧 | M****7

我那个死人房东不知道在干啥，回个邮件要花5，6天， 我这周1发给她的邮件， 她到
现在都没回我。 而且没次她回我的邮件基本就3，4句话， 这几句话基本都没法把一件
事给讲清。。。。。 房子没搞定， 都没法外出玩， 太恶心了！！！ | Y*****2

发帖数: 13407 | 6 找过， 人不在当地， 而且不是马上就要入住的不是一般地难。 我写了40-50个email
（感觉就象在写cover letter之类的， 哈哈哈， 无非就是小改改）， 结果差不多一
半回了我， 回我的人里面要么和我讲他们prefer 07/01就能入住的， 或是索性和我讲
哪几天有open house， 让我跑去看。
我就等到07/10， 07/10后我就出门玩去了。 实在不行的话08/01到了BA， 先在外面住
2，3天， 集中找房。

我以前住的所有的房都是押一个月房租。 在BA, 一些房东都要求押差不多2。5-3倍的
房租在房东那(里面含最后一个月的房租)。 所以基本上要押$3k-4k在房东那.

end of the lease. The rest of the money covers damage and cleaning. Just be

修东西起来还算靠谱。 第一年我只要求离学校步行10分钟内， 第2年了人在当地人，
就容易很多了， 也能跑去看房。
