I did a BT to get $5 bonus.
Although I paid off all balance (including BT) before the due date,
I was charged financial charge on purchase,
because I made some purchase after that payment.
Even worse, I was charged more finance charge on purchase
in the billing cycle ending Nov.
because Citi thinks I didn't pay all previous balance in full by due date.
Damn this holiday season shopping spree. | C********r

读了一晚上Term,感觉这是Citi的问题。博士确实Paid in Full on 11/15，原来想的因为
BT APR高在这里不适用（但应该还是对的）。注意到Citi的Term上有一句这样的话，如果
接受了Promotional Offer，Grace Period可能（may）就没有了。我想问题是在这。
AMEX和Chase（Two Cycle Billing on Purchase）没有类似的话。
谁用空去看看MBNA关于Grace Period那一段，我是看晕了，跟绕口令似的，怎么好象说要
前两个Cycle Paid In Full才行？
博士如果在乎这几十块钱，大可跟Citi argue, 只跟他们强调Paid in Full on 11/15，
我想一般的CSR也搞不清楚，自然会屈服的。
