I just tried and verified it work today (6/3/10)
Some notes:
1. the reason that it is lower than normal $12/month is becuase it is some
kind of internal employee discount. However, it doesn't prevent you from
enrolling. I have used it for more than half a year. No problem at all.
2. They update your credit report as well as cred |

发帖数: 944 | 3 你可以跟他们电话或者email联系。通常每过一个月（要确定一个月后），你能看到在
credit report的顶部有一个"update credit report"的链接，点击就可以了。我也曾
经出现过一次，本来已经过了一个月却迟迟不见update link出现，然后contact了客服
一次就好了，之后再没出现。我昨天刚update完一次。
另外，citi identity monitor不知怎么搞得，在我的IE8.0里显示不出用户登陆界面。
。。害得我每次只好用firefox。

不过4.95的价格还是很不错滴~

到的不一样，低了好多，都是同样experian的report，citi真过分
ps，哪些creditor是用transunion的score啊？好像他们家的score跟另外两家不太一样呢 |

史信息), 还是只是告诉你最近的activity .如果发现有错误, 可以dispute吗?

发帖数: 944 | 7 不知道你用没用过最官方的那个annualcreditreport.com的样子，就是那个样子，主要
记录你拥有的信用卡的详细信息。我没有Loan，如果有的话估计也会包括。所以估计是
你说的详细历史记录。
至于dispute，你的对象是3大信用局吧，跟citi没关系，至于能不能帮忙dispute不清
楚。
另外，关于这个分数计算的问题，我觉得看分数是相对的，很多信用卡公司都有自己的score calculation method，所以不必强求什么FICO之类, just my two cents.
