最近在研究chase freedom的卡，各种各样的APR，感觉不弄清楚一点没有安全感。
APR for balance transfers 应该是说用信用卡转账的利率吧。难道转进来也要收这个
费用吗，邪门哪。但貌似第一年转没问题。
