Explanation from FW:
Ok, I ordered 4 cards for my 4 sons. All were activated, with seemingly no
problems. Today I notice There are no PASS Card(s) associated with your
information. Please try again or if the error persists call Customer Service
at 1-877-405-7277 (International 1-801-945-9559) as a banner above my
account (no email though). I call AMEX, and they state this promotion has
gone viral and as such they have decided to change the details of the
promotion. While initially it was meant to be $50 per card ordered (up to 3
cards per parent), they have now changed it to one $50 bonus per address.
They said they had too many people apply, and they could not afford to give
out that many bonuses. Additionally, they claim they have a mailing list of
who exactly got the offer. If your name is not on the mailing list, you will
not get a $50 bonus at all. They told me they had to make these changes due
to the promotion having been posted on internet sites. When I asked them
why they did not put unique claim codes on the mailer if they wanted to
limit who could participate in this, they told me they did not know how to
do that. When I reminded them that they indeed do know how to do this, as
they do exactly that with their other promotions such as Wishlist, etc he
admitted that AMEX had screwed up and they are trying to correct a situation
that is now out of hand. He apologized and recognized this was not fair to
consumers, but that there was nothing they could do about it. |

能拿到的算占了便宜
拿不到的就别怨啥了
唯一的区别是，如果不post到网上，原来收到信的，每人能拿3份
现在的结果是，顶多拿$50
