当初用我的AMEX card给ld申请了个副卡，ld就有了个account。后来把她的account取
消了，当时我那张卡还欠11000，现在还清了，但她的11000 balance还显示在她的最近
的credit report上。
打电话给AMEX，他们说因为那个account取消了，不能update credit beureau. 得7年
以后自动消掉。晕死！
哪位朋友有经验的还请指点下怎么弄，打电话给credit beureau能去掉这个balance吗？
