777 American Express Way,Fort Lauderdale,FL 33337寄材料. LD 的帐户写了４封信
也被锯.这么多人咋就跟我men死磕泥.还是CHASE 好啊，去年的BA１００K，我和LD都差
了１００多没花到，打了电话没几天，就把第二个５０K都给了. |

我在SLICKDEALS上拷贝了一个人的COMPLAIN- 写的不错。我们可以用。
After 45 minutes and 4 people I gave up and told them to cancel the card.
I went round and round with them about the link being taken from another
site to which I replied "So?" It's a stand alone URL with an application
that I submitted and you approved. The application did not have anything on
it that would indicate I needed to be eligible some other way, there were no
questions asking me if I was a member of whatever group they were looking
for, and the disclaimers didn't indicate anything.
They processed and approved the card under the application I submitted -
then immediately (apparently) determined I wasn't elig and sent me a card
with totally different terms without saying a word. If they could tell
immediately I wasn't eligible they should have disapproved the application!
It's classic bait and switch as far as I'm concerned. Had I lied on the
application that's one thing - for them to have an application out there
that has no indication there is another qualifier before you can get it is
another.
As I told the last gal, your marketing folks screwed up and someone is going
to push this to the hilt. |

觉的AMEX上层管这个卡MARKETING的肯定是通过要HONOR的，具体操作上会知会下面的
CSR尽量推，到一点点妥协，可以最大程度减少这次犯错的损失。下面的CSR掌握的尺度
不一样，所以版上有的兄弟水过，倒霉的象我这样的就碰到几个死鸭子嘴硬的。
