第一笔转了17,000 points，process之后提示error，说aeroplan account not
vailable之类的，我以为操作错了，又操作了一遍，还是提示这个。但是发现points已
经少了2笔17,000. 去aeroplan账户里，没有mile转进来。
有人知道是怎么回事儿么？ 谢谢 |

the reason if everyone can contribute the information.
I had the same issue last year, but got the points back after about 6 months
.
It was a truly, truly nightmare experience. I called fia & aeroplan 5+ times
and each time I had to spend at least 2 hour to tell the truth and tried to
find the department who might be resposible for it. |

Aeroplan account.
Called couple times already and haven't gotten the pts back.
