现在mastercard官网上都搜不到freedom了吧，貌似新用户不能直接申，只能从其它卡转

发帖数: 679 | 9 visa signature不是说要签字。visa分platinum和signature两种。signature比
platinum多一些好处，如24x7 concierge什么的。还有signature是no preset
spending limit，所以你理论上可以超过credit limit透支，没有over credit limit
fee，当然超太多还是会decline。还有BofA不报告signature card的实际额度

higher level than platinum. So I would not say changing from signature to
platinum is enhancement/upgrade |
