Thank you for your message to Chase regarding the United
MileagePlus reward program for the account ending in xxxx.
We reviewed your account and see you recently opened a new
United MileagePlus credit card account, which offers bonus
miles after you spend $1,000 in the first 3 months your
account is open. Unfortunately, you will not be able to
receive the bonus miles since you received a similar offer
in the past as stated on the application.
Here is additional information to help explain the
enrollment bonus:
?The terms and conditions associated with the credit card
indicate that the one-time offer is only for first-time
United MileagePlus cardmembers with a new account.
?Since you received 50,000 bonus miles on 04/17/2012 on
your previous account ending in xxxx, you are not
considered a first time cardmember.
?Based on this information, this new account is not able
to receive the enrollment bonus miles.
Please keep in mind that all enrollment offers are for
new, first-time United MileagePlus Explorer credit card
members only. This means we reserve the right to withhold
adding any enrollment miles if you have previously
received them on the same product on a previous date.
Although we appreciate your loyalty, we ask that you trust
that this decision is the same for all members. We feel
that adhering to the same policy for all members is the
best way to remain fair and consistent.

Chase的点就是每人一次的，终生一次，没什么可以argue的。除非换了别的不一样的卡
，同样的卡不会有第二次。

had in 2007 was definitely not UA explore card.
