me the $30 GC,however, the receipt told me to go to customer service
to get the GC. :P
I waited in line for 4 minutes and got the $30 GC.

then the screen shows in process for ever, has to call manager after 10min,
she came and shutdown the self check out machine forcefully, as she said
nothing she can do. After the machine rebooted, checked backend and I called
Amex, none of the 5 cards are activated but my Walmart gc is left as 0
dollars. Manager insisted that the money will be returned in a couple of
days, what can I do now? No receipt and nothing in hand, just oral promise.
Don't want to come again and explain everything. Still in store trying to
pursuade manager refund the gc, she went away to do some research for one
hour already! |
