今年才想起，问了客服，说是菜药油的5%有5万刀cap，然后就是1%了，而且这5万刀是
这卡的cap，这卡这辈子就这5w刀才有5%了（难道我理解错误？？）
可是这班上的说法，好像是5w刀是per rebate year啊，难道又是我理解错误？？

其他不说了吧，应该是最先6500的消费都只有0.5%的CB，然后才进入5W cap的菜药油5%
CB区吧，再多就1%了。
新规则好像是这样的。请后边的大神指正。

purchases you make each billing period. On purchases in certain categories,
called Everyday Purchases, you can earn a higher percentage reward. The
reward percentage is based on the type of purchase and your prior spend
during the reward year at the time of purchase. For your first $6,500 of
eligible purchases in the 12 billing periods in a row beginning with the one
that starts in the calendar month in which your Card account anniversary
occurs (reward year), you will receive a reward of 1% on Everyday Purchases
and a reward of 0.5% on all other eligible purchases. For each dollar spent
on eligible purchases in excess of $6,500 in that same reward year, you will
receive: (a) reward of 5% on up to $50,000 of Everyday Purchases; (b) a
reward of 1% on Everyday Purchases in excess of $50,000; or (c) a reward of
1% on all other eligible purchases. If your billing cycle changes, the
length of your reward year will also change.
Everyday Purchases are eligible purchases: made at supermarkets located in
the U.S. (superstores and warehouse clubs are not considered supermarkets);
of gasoline at gas stations located in the U.S. (superstores, supermarkets
and warehouse clubs that sell gasoline are not considered gas stations), and
made at U.S. locations of select major drugstores. (The current list of
