So I called vanilla again and created an investigation ticket. |

打GC后面那个电话，转到人工，说card没激活，他会给你一个tickeT NO，然后把其他
证据比如收据，卡的正面和背面照片一起发到这个email，[email protected]

发帖数: 209 | 5 我第一次也是跟楼主一样，买了就去充，结果说没激活，于是打了卡背面的电话、输入
卡号等信息去激活，然后就没问题了。
后来，我每次都是等个几小时再去充的，从来没有遇到过没激活的问题。 |

That was what i did. I also sent them my driver's license as asked. The card
had been activated with fund the next day in the morning. It was a pain in
the ass.
The worst part was any numbers on the card itself had nothing to match the
numbers on the package and receipt. If they refuse, I would have no
reasonable proof.
