any offer to offset the annual fee. After looking up, the CSR told me none.
I mentioned some friends got the statement credit and pointed out that I
have put a lot of spending on this card. Still the answer is don't know why.
I asked to be transferred to retention department and was told they are the
retention department. So said thank you and then hang up. |

发帖数: 2609 | 2 tried a second time. This time just aked if there is any offer on my account
to keep the card after I was charged annual fee. The answer is no again...
But was told that I have 180 days to have the annual fee refunded. The first
60 days the refund will be done by the system automatically. If beyond 60
days but less than 180 days, the CSR can manually refund it. If it is beyond
180 days. No refund can be made.

times and decide whether to close in February. now really doubt who
reported easily getting $95 statement credits. I am very willing to keep
this card if there are credits or points. |

more on the card in 90 days. |

容易，直接就给了。现在另一张打电话就是说没有offer, 于是关卡收工。

不能waive，不过很爽快的给了9500点ultimate rewards作为补偿。data point：2012
年11月一直用到今
天，基本每年16K的消费，以前从来没拿到过retention offer |
